During my years as a Wiccan High Priestess, I had no idea that Jesus Christ was thinking of pagans while dying on the Cross. But in a vision to a nun in 1931, while asking for specific prayers to be prayed over nine days, on the fourth day He said:

 

"Today bring to Me the pagans and those who do not yet know Me.

I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion,

and their future zeal comforted My Heart.

Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy." *

 

These prayers are called the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Jesus had a lot to say about them.

For example:

 

"Oh, what great graces I will grant to souls who say this chaplet; the very depths of My tender mercy are stirred for the sake of those who say the chaplet. Write down these words, My daughter.

Speak to the world about My mercy; let all mankind recognize My unfathomable mercy. Itis a sign for the end times.; after it will come the day of justice.

While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fount of My mercy. Let them profit from the Blood and Water which gushed forth for them." **

How to Pray the Chaplet

You can find many groups on You Tube praying the chaplet online. Sometimes It's easier to follow along that way.

Also, under the title "Unarmed Love," on this website, I am listing the promises Jesus made to those who pray the Chaplet and trust in His Mercy.  

 

(1)  Start Up Prayers

BEFORE YOU BEGIN THE CHAPLET, PRAY ONE OUR FATHER.

Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name,

Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread,

And for our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver is from evil. Amen.

 

NEXT, PRAY ONE HAIL, MARY:

Hail. Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you.

Blessed are you among women,

And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, 

Pray for us sinners now and at the hour

of our death. Amen.

 

THEN SAY THE APOSTLES' CREED:

I believe in one God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth;

and in the Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.

who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,

born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died, and was buried;

He descended into hell;

on the third day he rose again from the dead; 

he ascended into heaven,

and is seated at the right hand of God the Father the almighty;

from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church.

 the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen.

 

Now, you're ready to begin.

 

(2) ON THE LARGE ROSARY BEADS PRAY:

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity

of your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ,

In atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

 

(3) ON THE SMALL ROSARY BEADS PRAY:

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us

and on the whole word.

 

(4) WHEN YOU HAVE PRAYED YOUR WAY AROUND THE ROSARY,

PRAY THIS FINAL PRAYER THREE TIMES:

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One,

Have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Amen.
